Greg is a geologist with over 45 years’ experience in the mining and exploration industry. Mr Hall was Chief Geologist for Placer Dome from 2000 to 2006 and managed Placer Dome’s exploration activity in China from 1993 to 2001. Prior to Placer dome, Mr Hall managed exploration for CSR Limited contributed to the discovery of the Granny Smith gold mine in Western Australia, including Wallaby, Sunrise Dam and Keringal. Mr Hall has significant experience as a director for a number of publicly listed resources companies.
Andrew is a geologist with over 25 years’ experience in mining and exploration in Australia and PNG. After graduating from WASM in 1993 he spent several years in surface and underground gold and nickel mining operations around the WA Goldfields before moving into a management role with Harmony Gold. Since then Andrew has managed diverse programs exploring for gold, nickel, iron ore and lithium for companies including Atlas Iron and Focus Minerals. In 2016 Andrew was part of the management team that recapitalised Kingston Resources, leading to Kingston’s successful acquisition of the 2.8Moz Misima Gold Project in PNG.
Melanie is a geologist with over 20 years’ experience in the mining industry, spanning multiple commodities and deposit types. Ms Leighton is a founding Director of Leighton Geoservices Pty Ltd, a consulting firm providing corporate and geological services to the mineral resources sector with the mantra of bridging the gap between technical, corporate and investor. Melanie has held management and senior geological roles with Hot Chili Limited, Harmony Gold, Hill 50 Gold and Northwest Resources, gaining practical and management experience within the areas of exploration, mining and resource development. Melanie also has considerable experience in the areas of stakeholder engagement and investor relations.
Karen is an experienced mining executive and finance professional with more than 30 years’ experience in resources, investment banking and corporate finance. Karen has worked in operationally focused roles in the resources industry in Australia, Africa and Asia including her most recent roles as Managing Director of Kingsrose Mining Ltd, which saw a successful turnaround under her stewardship, and CEO of Koonenberry Gold Ltd through a successful listing and capital raise. Karen holds an MBA and is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia and the UK and a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Ms Ross is an accounting and corporate governance professional with over 18 years’ experience in financial accounting and analysis, audit, business and corporate advisory services in public practice, commerce and state government. She has a Bachelor of Commerce and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and New Zealand and an associate member of the Governance Institute of Australia.
Ms Ross is currently a Director of a corporate advisory company based in Perth that provides corporate and other advisory services to public listed companies.
Daniel Doran is a geologist with extensive industry experience across Western Australia, South Australia and the Northern Territory. Previous technical roles with Northern Star Resources and Barrick Gold have spanned greenfields exploration through to underground production. Daniel has key skillsets in target generation, program management, project evaluation and stakeholder engagement across multiple commodities including gold, base metals and iron ore. He holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours from the University of Tasmania (CODES) and is a member of the AIG and SEG.

Dr Beeson has over 25 years’ worldwide experience in multiple-commodity mineral exploration for companies including Placer Dome, Gold Fields Limited and Pancontinental Mining. For the past 10 years, Dr Beeson has acted as a geological consultant focusing on gold, copper and nickel exploration. Dr Beeson specialises in structural geology with a PhD and post-doctoral experience from the University of Western Australia. Dr Beeson’s recent work has seen his involvement in the exploration and assessment of large multi-commodity projects for some of the world’s major mining companies.
Dr Halley has more than 25 years’ experience as an exploration geologist and has developed industry leading expertise in exploration techniques based on mapping alteration zonation patterns using spectral mineral mapping and lithogeochemistry. Dr Halley has contributed to significant gold discoveries at Henty in Tasmania and at Raleigh in the Kalgoorlie region of Western Australia. Dr Halley has concentrated on consulting to some of the world’s largest mining and exploration companies and his considerable gold-focused consulting has taken his work to many of the world’s premier gold provinces globally.
